Ricoh XTF D430 – Industrial DTF Printing System in Cube Design

The Ricoh XTF D430 is an industrial Direct-to-Film (DTF) printing system designed for professional textile production environments where reliability, consistent output quality, and efficient workflows are essential. Its compact cube design combines Ricoh printing technology with a controlled DTF workflow, making it suitable for both in-house production and commercial transfer manufacturing.

The XTF D430 is available in two configurations, allowing seamless integration into both new and existing DTF production setups:

• Complete DTF System
  Includes the Ricoh DTF printer with cabinet, integrated powder shaker and curing oven, and ColorGATE Textile Productionserver RIP software. This configuration delivers a turnkey solution for complete, end-to-end DTF production.
• Printer-Only Configuration
  Supplied with the Ricoh DTF printer and cabinet, including ColorGATE Textile Productionserver RIP software, intended for users who already operate a compatible powder shaker and curing unit.

Both configurations are future-ready and can be upgraded to a roll-to-sheet system in 2026. Pricing and availability for this upgrade are expected from Q2 2026.

All prices exclude mandatory installation and operator instruction/training.

Consumables—including ink cartridges, wet-capping cleaning cartridges, transfer film, and hot-melt powder—are not included and must be ordered separately.
