This all-round DTF film features brilliant colours, good "peel" properties, an excellent wash-fastness and few problem with ink " running" during printing.
Since the back of the film is also coated, it will run smoothly in the powder machines using a vacuum suction roller (no slipping). Also the problem with film rising up in the printer because it is sticking on the vacuum holes is prevented. This film does not /hardly retain hot melt powder after brushing it off in the powder machine.
If hot melt is sticking / remaining on the DTF film it most often is related to the coating chemistry combined with relative humidity. When the humidity is (too) low, static charge is building up and attracting glue particles; when the humidity is (too) high, the coating attracts ambient moisture and becomes sticky.
