Double-sided matt DTF film, suitable for both hot-peel and cold-peel applications.

Excellent colour brilliance, very good release, excellent wash resistance and minimal problems with ink spreading.

The coating on this film releases very easily. This can occasionally cause problems with designs containing many small details and when unwinding film that has been rolled up after printing and drying. Make sure the film has cooled sufficiently after drying the ink and applying the adhesive powder. Rolling up the film after applying the adhesive powder is not recommended.

As the reverse side is also coated, the film runs smoothly through powder shaker machines with less slipping. It also helps prevent the film from lifting or buckling in the printer due to sticking to the vacuum holes. In addition, very little adhesive powder remains on the film after the excess powder has been shaken off.

Adhesive powder sticking to the film usually has two causes: at low relative humidity, static charge can build up on the film; at high relative humidity, the film absorbs moisture from the air and can literally become sticky.
